Uninstallshield corrupted?

A couple months weeks ago I installed a pc game called Caesar III and decided to delete it to make more memory space. However, when I try to do that, on the screen reads the words:
The log file 'C:\Impression Games\Caesar 3\uninst.isu' is not valid or the data has been corrupted. Uninstallation will not continue.

Eh? Now what?

Did you try to install it, then uninstall it immediately?

I tried that, but there was no install selection, just ininstall, and the same words came up. But...
