Wow! Totally uncool for them to pull someone out of his wheelchair, assaulted him, dragged him around the street all because he's (among others) protesting the tuition fees being raised at the University that he's attending.

I've known police officers in my time showed a little respect towards those that are confined to their wheelchairs. They know they're not a physical threat to them unless otherwise shown.
Really sad that some choose not to show any respect for those that have a disability.

LONDON (AP)— British police say they will investigate a report that a demonstrator with cerebral palsy was hauled out of his wheelchair during protests in London against raising university tuition fees.
Twenty-year-old Jody McIntyre told the BBC he was "100 percent not a threat to anyone" when he was pulled out of the chair during last week's demonstration in London.
Video footage shows a man, apparently McIntyre, being dragged across a road by officers. It quickly spread across the Internet after being posted on YouTube and widely shared on Twitter.
The Metropolitan Police said in a statement the issue has been referred to the force's internal Directorate of Professional Standards. It said McIntyre had not made an official complaint but it would contact him.
