I left my Hooded Gally sweatshirt at the laundry place yesterday. I went back and they were closed. I sent a friend, because I had to work, to go get it. It isn't there. SOMEONE STOLE IT! UGH!!! Why are people mean?
 
Aww... I'm sorry to hear that. Next time don't leave any clothes at a laundry place unattend. :(

When I was living by myself, and I did laundry at this public place and I have never left my clothes unattend, because I don't trust these people around me. :ugh:

NOW, I live in my own house and have my own washer and dryer! SO MUCH EASIER!!! :nana:

I hung it on the hanger, while I folded clothes. I put all the other clothes away and forgot it.

I have my own washer and dryer, but, since my roommate and my sister kicked me out, I have to keep them in storage. I can't wait to get a new place.

Yes hea, that was an awesome sweatshirt. Warm and comfy. Ally loved it and wore it just as much as me. I should buy her one...lmao.

Thanks god, Gallaudet is ALWAYS there, so you can get a new hooded sweatshirt!

My flip-flops were stolen (of course, one of my FAVORITE Reef Sandals) when I was vacationing in Mexico a couple of weeks ago. I loved that pair of shoes to death, and I "UGH"'ed the idea that it got stolen as well. But, I remained positive because I can always go back to that store to get a new pair, but in a meanwhile, it sucks to spend other $35 on a pair!

I am sure this hooded sweatshirt is like around $40, since I have one Gallaudet shirt like that and I remembered the approx. price.
 
That sucks. I used to live in an apartment, and had to go down to the laundry room to wash clothes.. I didn't like it and wouldn't leave my clothes there because people would take the clothes out all wet and use the washer that was still running and paid for.. geez :mad2: Ever since then, I never left it unattended. Thank goodness I live in my own house and won't wash my clothes in any laundromat..no thanks! :P People are so rude and dont have no respect when it comes to people's belongings. damn.
 
it was proably a homeless guy who stole your sweater...wouldn't you feel any better about that? lol

That reminds me of TV show on TLC. Girl did that to a guy. Guy came back and got mad. Bought 1 gallon of bleach and pourded it in. Woman came back and got upset. Oh well. She deserve.

Steel, if it was homeless person, that is fine, but I bet it was a rude :asshole: that stole it.
 
Strange... I left my clothes in washer/dryer unattended many times at this apartment on college campus. No one steals my clothes especially my Victoria Secret bras and thongs. ;)

I have a hilarious story to share with you.... a friend of mine attended NTID years ago and lived in Tower A. She left her undies into dryer unattended. Then she returned back to get her undies out from the dryer, but they were all GONE!!! She was embarrassed when she called campus security and made a report of her missing undies. Poor her!! :shock:

I never got my clothes stolen since I only went few times. But I remember a story from Dan had a experience with his clothes being stolen. He was upset like normal person would. Well... he had his WHOLE laundry being stole... he basically learn the hard way and never leave the place again.. only 1 of us have to stay in the place and another one do whatever that needed to be done. Of course, i was pregnant at the time, I was the 1 who stays and he goes. :D

That damn sucks. I can't wait to get the apt so that I can use my washer.
 
We'll stop at gally on the way to Deaf day in Va or MD. I'll get another one.
