I was watching the polls all night praying that Macain would get in. I can't remember a landslide. In fact at one point Macain was leading but then Obama caught up and overtook him. Many pro life americans do consider Obama bad news but unfortunately their wasn't enough of them to win the election (sad)

Obama won by 365-173 in electoral vote and 69,456,897 to 59,934,786 in popular vote.

It's landslide for sure, it's our American who made decision on vote but you are from UK and you need concern about your country, when compare to Russia, Russia has far more abortion per ratio than US does.

For me, I'm against on abortion except for life threaten and probably rape but we don't have much choice to fight it.

dreama, i don't mean to tell you what to do, but i honestly think you should spend less time worrying about obama and more time worrying about what your european leader is doing. obama is our president and has absolutely nothing to do with whatever is taking place or not taking place in your country.

instead of exerting as much effort as you do telling all of us the reasons why you don't like obama, why not spend that energy working to eradicate abortion in your own backyard?

No there was only one election which Barack Obama unfortunately won. I was watching it all night though because I kept praying that Macain would overtake Obama. Yes, obviously Obama won but it was certainly not a landslide and I heard some Military votes overseas were lost. So you never know McCain might actually have won if the lost votes had all voted for him. Who knows?

It was a landslide. If you read something besides blogs, you would already know that.

actually dreama, mccain received a significantly less number of votes from the military than obama did and that wasn't because of lost votes. inasmuch as mccain supporters may want to believe that, it's not true. obama won fair and square in a landslide victory.
