Trying to meet people in the deaf community

Hi every one! I am a 26 yr old female that just finished ASL 1 this term. I am trying to meet people from the deaf community so that I can better learn ASL. I am going to school to interpret and would love to make connections with people who use sign language as their primary language Thanks

to AllDeaf forum. Thank you for saying that ASL is our primary langauge. I don't know much of the area in Alabama as I have never been down there. I hope you enjoy reading and posting all the threads here. See you around here.
