Tornado outbreak

Don't need a gun to defend myself, and can't have one, anyways. There's a sign on the front door indicating guns aren't allowed here. It's from the ISP.

remember? just rolllllllllll with it....

When the tornado hit my hometown on April 15, 1998, the storm was coming to town at about 3:45 that afternoon, and at about 5 PM, a tornado watch was issued. Then about 5 hours later, just before 10 PM that night, a tornado warning was issued, and I remember the exact time, too-- 9:58 PM. After the devastation that night, school was postponed on April 16th.

Oh I see....

Oh I see....

Yeah. School officials didn't think it was a good idea, because there were a bunch of students who lost their homes to that same tornado that flipped over a CSX train carrying hazardous materials, and they weren't allowed in the area until the spill had been cleaned up and contained.

:laugh2::laugh2::laugh2::laugh2: Can you picture a burglar about to break in? "Ohhh I can't use guns in here to steal his stuff, darn it I'll have to go next door to see if I can find a house where guns are alllowed!"

Let's stick to the topic, please.

yep he's the one who mentioned the sign and how he uses his phone for emergencies- fair game.

SO? Everyone has their phone with them ALL the time. I DO and I don't leave the house all that much! BUT I do not use it to continuously report every little thing I read or do either. (Only my friend in text gets that info and even then they don't get every detail lol).

Most of us here are adults and able to find info and know when an emergency is an emergency. It IS nice that yes you post about tornadoes and where they're hitting and all but it IS getting a little eye-glazing when you start acting like the know-it-all weather/news person. You DO post good stuff but go overboard quite often.

But the phone...

Too funny! This has a double benefit, with how the phone gets destroyed all the classified information doesn't end up in the wrong hands.

I just cant wrap my head around this so called classified info in the phone... is it call girls numbers on speed dial or something to be ashamed of? Ive had cell phones and pagers since they first came out and I could care less who looked at anything in it, even back to the day of days....
Now maybe if there was some info about all those dead bodies that were hidden, that might stir the rats nest a bit... Oh Snap... I didnt just put that on this forum did I? LMAO

Oh, Im covered, the tornado scattered them and accounted for... whew, clean slate. Close call.

Such a striking image coming out of Mississippi this evening.
Constance Lambert was away when a tornado hit her home. She rushed back and gave her dog a hug after finding it alive.

Yeah same here, if I lost my phone I would be more annoyed at the inconvenience of having to get another phone rather than getting worried about my secrets getting into the wrong hands. :laugh2:
