no they are not naturally angry. They are not naturally aggressive either but they are a fierce protector. It's the people who made any dogs (regardless of breeds) to be cruel and aggressive.

Dogs are not NATURALLY born with anger and vicious attitude.

I can assure you that it's a complete nonsense. That's like saying - black people are just born stupid and unfit to be with society because of their tendency to commit crime and rape and that their brains don't grow. It's foolish, really.

Blame cruel owners, not dogs. I used to volunteer as dog behaviorist at my dog shelter. Majority of occupants at shelter are pit bulls. They were either surrendered or abandoned. If they were surrendered - it's because of 2 common reasons - they were unable to meet pit bull's demand for high activity (definitely not for coach potato). and 2 - they were severely abused by owners and were confiscated by county. Handful of them had to be euthanize as they were deemed dangerous and unfixable - usually as the result of years of abuse.

Don't forget - more babies die from abusive parents than from pit bull attacks.

I have no idea why pittbulls get all the bad rep. Other dogs attack too. Alot of it is in the way of breeding and owners. Same goes for other species.

Our brain grows, so does their.

Don't act like dogs are vessel of hollow emotions that they don't know.

The gal, Jasmine, is right, in time, dogs grow, and you're right, dogs change in experience.

Then I'm right, Pit bulls are just violent by nature.

I have a wolf, she's wild by nature. WILD I MEAN WILDDDDDD!!!!

You see, Pit bull has this different kind of thinking than other dogs. They are more insecured than other dogs.

Oh, to protect, you have to find something that the dog hates and develop a command for the dog to recongize. Once that is developed, you have the dog as a protection, not because you beat it up so badly that it will protect you. If you did beat it up badly, it's a great chance that the dog will attack ANYONE. Even your baby, just for burping.

Jiro, if you want pit bull, get it as a puppy and don't fucking touch it until 3 to 5 months.

It's a great impact as a puppy to become the dog you want it to be.

Its not the same thing at all. Black people are not selectively bred for specific characteristics. Dogs are.

"Like Father Like Son"

No difference between a man and a dog.

What I'm trying to say is, it is the dog that adapts because of the man that raised the dog.

But mainly because the dog grew up and learned a lot of things through out the experiences. It does depend on the experiences the dog had that would be the result of the dog's behavior.

That has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that dogs are bred for specific characteristics.

How about looking into media issues?

There are questions such as:

  • Do cable companies represent a monopoly?
  • How does specific media bias affect how news is interpreted and delivered?
  • What ethical considerations or conflicts of interest exist for a corporate media news channel?
  • How does the media portrays the stories when it only shows one side of the story?

Just a thought. :)
 
Ok you guys, can we stick with the topic. What does pittbulls have to do with race?? It's a freaking research paper, I just need a topic to start with. I am all for expressing your opinions but I do not want this thread turning into a BASHING thread.

Thank you for your ideas. I like the cable companies represent a monopoly. That hits close to home. We have one cable company in my city and they keep booting the competitors. The cable company we use charges a really high price but I got to have internet.
