Tolerance for GLBT?

Oh, I believe that there are annoying Christians, and some with weird ideas and bad manners. I just don't see a reason for lumping them together with the nice Christians as members of "ULTRA-conservative Deep South Bible Belt fundie churches". Rude people exist everywhere, not just in the "Deep South Bible Belt."

I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience with the anti-Turtle lady.

There's always at least a bad seed to be found in every kind of faith-based group. Though most Christians I know are pretty much sane. ;-)

Saying that GLB life is an alternative lifestyle makes it looks like there is only one way of being GLB. They are as varied as hetrosexuals. Lifestyles encompass more than only orientation. It also includes stuff like what you eat, your jobs and what you live in.
