no no no sir....Yes i do agree with u, the touchdown with Ben, that was not a Touchdown. but dont u DARE call my Teams win...a Cheap win. u have no idea how hard they worked to get there.

That's all right. At least Seattle got in the SB for the first time and also got the playoff champs. Bad calls happens, so it's only a game...not much we can do about it. :)

I watched WHOLE of the game, its soooo HOT and AWESOME game. Its very good game for Steelers and Seahawks! But honestly, I wish Seahawks win since there have some of calls that are screw up but its alright. As long as we enjoy to watching and everything like that. And Seahawks DID work REALLY hard to win Superbowl but Steelers DID. Congras Steelers and Steelers' Fans. I will wish Seahawks good luck when their season start again and hope they will work hard to get enter in Superbowl again and maybe they will win this time. Never know.

Also one part of my favorite are: One player from Seahawks did give a tackle another player from Steelers sooo HARD and Steeler Player's helemt did get off and I got laugh abt it, I apologize abt it because I saw that guy's face when his helemet off! It made me laugh and think its sooo funny. :giggle: Im sorry again :ily:

The super bowl sucked! lol, no theyhad some unfair calls, it might have been fixed, but thats just me i dunno lol. seahawks will do better next year.

I disagree. There were 5 BAD calls. Seattle did good in the Super Bowl. The Refs were rookies, not veterans which typically are in the BIG games. The Ref made a mistake and thought Steelers did a touchdown. It's called a cheap win.

Seattle Seahawks made some good plays and I agree, when I watched the game , I found myself stratching my head and questioning the referee's calls several times not just to the Seahawks but also the Steelers.

When you are the one playing football. It is natural to want the referee to be on your side when there is a dispute and when the referee says you are right , you are not gonna question the call and take advantage , enjoy the referee's call then score more points , touchdowns. Anything to win, man.

The Seattle Seahawks made some good tactical plays so did the Pittsburgh Steelers too.

This was the Seahawk's first time to be in a Superbowl and they are a young team. I am sure they were nervous because Superbowls are very intimidating , the high pressure and the stress to win is unbelieveable. They did play a good game. I think when the Seahawks tried to kick that field goal, they were very nervous and the nervousness showed up in the kicker trying to kick the ball so that is understandable.

I could see that the Seahawks were more physically fit than the Steelers. I would look for the Seattle Seahawks to become more physically fit, less nervous and more confident , and run much more faster & gun the football and become more tactically proficient. I noticed the Seahawks did not like to run to the sides where they can go out of bounds. They wanted to run with the football. I would not be surprised if they worked on their intercepting skills and be cross trained in all of their football positions for the next Superbowl. I have a gut reaction that the Seattle Seahawks will play very hard this fall into the next year where they will win the Superbowl, especially after they got a taste of the Superbowl.

I do understand and see that there were some bad calls that were made by the referee, but no one is perfect, and I'm sure we all have made some shares of mistakes also but I don't believe he should be fired for making a bad judgement call....After all it was a close to be honest....

I do see that Seattles were pretty rough with the Steelers last night during the game, and they made alot of mistakes on their part, so the referee did the right thing by following what the policy said for football....

So the only mistake I see that were being made by the referee was when Steelers made a close touch down.....

there were some bad calls YES, and no that was not a touch down by Ben.

but u know what? Seattle didn't have any huge plays like Pitt. had. and what about that interception from Hasselback? that was a seattle fuck up. and ALSO Seattle is lucky that Hasselback didn't fumble the ball when he fell. i sure as hell thought it was a fumble. so that call was in Seattles favor.

Pittsburgh played a C+ game and seattle could have murdered them in the first half, and they didn't.

the super bowl in 96, we got hosed on that entire game with the referees. Steelers know what that is like.

and now, pittsburgh will forever be the Super Bowl XL champions.

Ben had a 22% qb rating ... 9/21 for 123 and 2 INTs

Bettis with 14 carries for 43 yards

Hines the only one of 2 players did well with 5 rec for 123.

Parker carried 10 for 93 yds (1 for 75)

Steelers choked most times. 0 first downs in the first half.

Pittsburgh offense :thumbd:
------------------------------------------------------
Hasselbeck 26/49 for 273 yds with 1 INT

Alexander 20 carries for 95 yards

Seattle's offense :thumb:

Does that tell you enough how much it stinks that these horrible zebras messing up the SB game up?!

Aye, Seattle the true winners no matter what they were decided. I'm AFC fan but has to say the blunt honest that Seattle (NFC) really has won the game.

I'm not alone here about teh referees thing here.

hey, u need to shut up about my Steelers alright? the Referees did not allow Willie Parker to run for a 74 yard historical touchdown, Seattles Defence allowed that to happen. the Referees and nothing to do with Alexander dropping almost every single ball that was thrown to him. the Referees had nothing to do with Hasselback throwing an interception.

and Seattle didn't come up with any big plays like Pittsburgh did. Yes Ben had a bad game...but he came up with the plays when we needed it.

and dont say anything about my man Hines Ward because he did better than lame Alexander. he only dropped 2 passes, i believe, and that was just because he was nervous. he caught some amazing passes that were uncatchable. he caught most of them with his finger tips. so YES he deserves to be MVP and he deserves to be a Super Bowl champion.

both teams didn't play their best...but Pittsburgh played just a little bit better.

and if ur pissed about the game then u can either become a referee...or u can play the game urself. if u dont want to do either of those, then shut up.

Game is over.. Steelers won, Seattle did good job, and let's move on. :)

I'm with CrazyMomma on this, Steeler won, and its over....

Yes, I congratulate the Steelers; they had a marvelous 8 game run when they were 7-5 two months ago. So I believe this was a one-time thing. I don't see them making another appearance in Miami next year.
