Anyone have Tivo?


I'd like anyone's feedbacks and recommendations on what is best for DVR. I want to compare and see what I like to use for DVR. I'm currently using digital cable by Comcast, but no DVR yet. Any help is appreciated.. :ty:
 
Wonder if a TIVO would work on a satellite dish receiver?? Just curious on that as well...

I have three Tivos in my house and I love them! It's better than using a VCR to record your shows. I even upgraded my Tivo hard drive to 750 MB so I can hold 900+ hours on my Tivo. If you have Digital cable, then I recommend the Tivo HD or Tivo XL as it will save shows in HD format.

Only the Tivo 2 Series will work with Satellite dish receiver. The Tivo 3, HD or XL will not work with Satellite.
