I finally got new updates to TWCable app on my iPad today. CC/solid blackground bar on any TV programs was viewed clearly!! but no local TV channels and sports channels.

Well, I wish to use iPhone or iPod Touch for watching it but too small texting. no adjusting to make enlarge texting except CineXPlayer and AVPlayer.
 
Just sign up a Time Warner online subscription service as same like a Netflix and Hulu Plus $7.99 monthly?

No charge for using TV on iPad. Customers must subscribe to Time Warner cable TV and Internet to use the app. They can't watch TV outside the house via the iPad's 3G connection. WiFi at home only.

Aw, I have Road Runner internet from Time Warner and I don't add digital TV subcribe. dang!

It's not that tiny, it's just same as you watch your HDTV. Make it compare size, you find it same.
