Tiffany Souers was a beautiful girl, physically and spiritually. She was tragically murdered.

"Souers learned sign language so she could teach deaf children at the Butterfly House, a nonprofit division of the Missouri Botanical Garden dedicated to the understanding of butterflies."

Arrest Warrants Issued for Tennessee Man in Bikini Murder Case
Tuesday , June 06, 2006

GREENVILLE, S.C. — Authorities say they have issued arrest warrants for murder, rape and kidnapping against a Tennessee man in the death of a Clemson University student strangled with her bikini top.

Jerry Buck Inman's DNA matched samples taken from Tiffany Marie Souers' apartment, State Law Enforcement Division Chief Robert Stewart said Tuesday night.

Inman has not been arrested. He is considered extremely dangerous and is likely in a green Chevrolet Camaro or an Econoline van, prosecutor Bob Ariail said.

Authorities said the construction worker is a registered sex offender from Tennessee although that information couldn't be immediately confirmed on the Internet.

I know some students at Clemson. One girl was a friend of Tiffany. They are all upset about her death.

I heard about it and my old friend emailed me this info and said she knew him as " Jack Inman" I said what? I dunno to hear the shyt sex off.. I can't stand it.. arghh. Its driving me crazy to hear bad news to kill someone for nothing .. It reminds me of someone whose was innocent in Fla. that was killed by sex off. from other state. I cant stand it.

I feel the same way. I can't even stand looking at his evil face when they show it on TV. :barf:

I want to know why he was out of prison? The authorities should have NEVER let him out.

I'm glad they are bringing him back to SC for trial. We have the death penalty here. I hope he gets it.

I heard about this on TV last night. I couldn't stand to listen to it, either. You're right, Reba. This guy should have never left prison. He's the lowest of the low. Someone on Fox News last night suggested that guys like this get "one strike", and they are gone for good. I like that idea!

Why should dangerous sex offenders EVER get out of prison. It's PROVEN they CAN'T be rehabilitated.

*sigh*

This really really really upsets me.

I felt sick when SVP still walk among us and we can not do anything about them. I am sadden for this family.

I agree with u SVP should never be out ever even after they evaluated them and let them go. I was upset when my sister who used to be rn nurse at state hospital and the state dump those svp into her hosptial and make her to take care of them without guards while real patients not being take care of. Why they were first priorty on the listen not others. Now my sister deal with ptsd from this violent svp for rest of her life. grrr.

That's crazy! :ugh: I felt bad for that girl, Tiffany Souers...:( I will pray for her friends and family to be strong... I wish that man will go back to jail and get worse sentence...

Damn! It is so sad to see her to go! GRRRR at the guy and the law let him go!!! UGH UGH!!!

Break my heart goes out for Souers' family grevice..

This guy is belong back behind the bar permantly... no parole!

It is so sad. I wish there were no sex offenders among us.
I always worry for my 2 little girls' safety and I tend to be overprotective with them.
Tiffany Souers would have been a wonderful teacher for the deaf kids at the Butterfly House.
My condolence goes out to her family.
