Those 100% Certified Prelingually Deaf 'badges'

Those

badges popping up in deaf blogs and vlogs remind me of the LA Riots when people have to tag their properties or businesses with "Black Owned" to prevent from being looted or attacked.

Doesnt this say something big about the deaf communities nowadays?
