Theater playing Open Captioned at WEIRD hours

There is only one OC (on front screen) theater in whole Hampton Roads area. I just dont understand why they only play OC very early in the morning or early afternoon.. Sometime VERY late night on weekend.. I would like to see them playing OC at NORMAL hours like most people go to theater like 7pm-8pm.. Not 10AM or 10PM.. Its nearly IMPOSSIBLE for me to go these hours cuz I works or go to bed around 11PM-12AM.

Do you have these same problem in your home town?? I just feel that Theater dont give a dog crap about deaf community.. :mad:
 
it's normal and movie theatre are just worry that hearing would find annoying subtitle on screen.
 
I have thought of that but movie are labeled as OC and if people are annoyed with OC, they can watch same title in other room.. most theaters carrier more than one room for same title.

I agree.

When I was in Rochester, the hours were great. There was never a problem finding good times to go.

Now, the one near here has horrible hours. If it's a movie with horrible ratings, they show it during good hours. If it's a movie with great ratings, they show it during bad hours.

My friends and I usually have a hard time finding free time to see those movies since the movie usually show when we're working.

I guess they think that us deafies have no life and no jobs... so us deafies only come during the day. :roll:
