i have not tried making an apple pie. i know i am embarrassed. I keep talking but taking an action, nope.
 
I have! Many, when we were younger and poor with kids.

I used to cheat though, and buy two packs of frozen pie crusts and just used one for the top crust.
 
Did you have a favorite pie to make?

Apple HAD an Macintosh too! in the 90's...that's how come in later years late 90's > late 2000's it was often refered as a Mac...as shorthand for Macintosh Apple!
and just now i didn't even realize this was also a species of actual edible apple!
