I watched that interview yesterday and I agree with Chris Todd of NBC News that the thrill is gone and that chemistry is not there.

I also agree that I was puzzled when McCain said “We got ’em just where we want ’em.” (I know he joked when he said that but *shrug*)

I agree that the Palin buzz is slowly coming to an end. I can still remember how excited everyone was over her candidacy, but it seemed like the more people got to know her, the more they disliked her.

Or maybe McCain was hinting of some sort of October Surprise? If a major city gets nuked, he will be a shoo-in. :shrugs:
