The quality of deaf peoples speech?

hello to my dear brothers and sisters

When someone has become deaf, (after they have learnt to speak) does their quality of speech decline ?

does their speech become muffled.


if anyone know can you let me know .

I am profoundly hard of hearing or late deafened . I was hearing and raised oral and lost hearing later.. and yes, the quality of my speech has declined to some extend. Sometimes I spoke too soft and unclear especially before I got my new hearing aids.. with my current hearing aids, my speech has improved to better
