Hollywood sucks.
No, they just haven't done well enough in the rehearsals. Don't forget, Marleen Matlin did star in some movies.

I only remember in 2 big movies and some tv shows.
I tried to talk to people about Marlee but they always
say "who is that?".

Then I reminded them the movie, oh man... I forgot the name
of that movie. Ack, I gotta look it up.

Were you referring to the movie
"Children of a Lesser God " ?
and/or other TV such as "Bridge to Silence"
and/or "Reasonable Doubts" or
"Where the Truth Lies " ?

They always picked the people we don't care about. I don't
like the Oscars. Not even Natalie Portman, that is sad.

Michael Moore didn't get any awards and he wasn't nominated.
Passion of Christ didn't win, I guess Atheists and evildoers own Hollywood.
Morgan Freeman and Jamie Foxx won Oscars. WOW!!!! Best news so far.

;)

I don't know why, Michael Moore wasn't nominated. I guess it pissed off Liberals.

And they said Passion of Christ shouldn't be nominated because
none of them Actors speak English, they treated as Foreign Film.
And I guess at least Liberals are happy about that.

The reason why it wasn't nominated for best documentary was because Michael Moore had given that spot up so it'll have a chance of getting nominated for Best Picture. But they didn't nominate it and for obvious reasons.

Well, technically... The Passion Of The Christ is classified as a Foreign film, but it can be nominated for Best Picture if they wish. But obviously they didn't. Again... for obvious reasons... but stupid reasons. The Oscars is trying to avoid stirring up a shit storm of politics.

Well, Hollywood Celebrities are better off just acting instead of voice their opinons on politics. I really do belive hollywood piss off the voters and vote out the democratic party to tell them they better shut up on the next election year or more of them are getting out.
