The new Myspace!

Then how come teenagers from age 12 to 18 have been kidnapped, murdered, raped, etc by meeting strangers on Myspace.com? :dunno:

There really needs to be some way to protect the kids and they still can enjoy the positive benefits of the internet in a safe and efficient manner like what I said, the kids have to go through the school district where they live then they can apply with their parents and then the strangers have no way to access that website because the school district has to visually confirm and talk to the parents and the children that are with them then the kids can log onto something like myspace.com minus the sex crimes on-line. There has gotta be some way to be able to help both the parents and the kids be safe with less worry and more comfort and the kids can talk with 5 million another kids and the parents know that there is only one way in and that is going through their elementary and high school. I am sure with so many schools all over the country that they can share the cost of getting the best anti-hacking equipment and probably 100 x better than what the Pentagon currently is using when the Pentagon could have stepped up their anti-hacking equipment shopping list but they have a budget to be able to feed, clothe and arm an army with the best weapons so I am sure the millions of school all over the USA can contribute something like $20. for the best anti-hacking equipment and the strangers can't even do a thing about it because research and delevopment of anti-hacking would surpass that of the Pentagon's allocated budget needs for their anti-hacking operations and then the Pentagon could learn something new from the schools then they would be able to use the anti-hacking equipment for military purposes in the process.

There are some really smart kids who would sneak things around even if the parent talks to them or they tell them not to do such on this site. I believe what's important is to talk to them. Expose them to tv talking about things like that. Show them articles about dangers of the Internet. I also believe in placing the computer in the living room or a computer room where children have access plus monitoring how long they stay online. You should ask them what they are looking at online. Make sure that also they have parental supervision program set on already on the Internet.
