This is like five years old. I'm sure, even if the allegations were true, this would not necessarily reflect upon GLAD today and how they operate their business activities.
At any rate, I assume Mark Apodaca and GLAD have settled their differences out of court.

I read some of the court case. I do not think that Mark would win his case. It is just Mark's word vs. Defendants' words....

Richard, you seem to keep bringing up issues against GLAD all the time. Are you still bitter about something they did to your little dog or something when you were a kid? Geez, I've seen mass murderers that were less insane than Richard seems to be about GLAD.
