Well, again, today.....
I called Vocational Rehab since My case worker still hasnt returned calls or emails, I had a wild hair growing and was ready to speak my mind without a care in the world since I am getting pretty upset with the run around with "Cathy"
So I called and guess what? Cathy retired, no wonder that old bitty didnt do anything, she was retiring and just didnt care to work, let alone mention it to me or anything.
Well the nice lady on the phone took my info and said my case has been closed for 2 years so I am elidgeable to get new hearing aids, and directed me to a new office/worker which I am now waiting on for her to call me back and get started. I called my old audiologist office to get a copy of my old hearing test so I can compare my hearing lost when I get the new test done. I told them I am planning to go back to school since there is a program that is completely free for low income (which I qualify for) to get into radiography. So I need the new aids in order to hear to take the classes here at the local community college (2 year program)
I am aiming to try the Widex and Phonak.. as I want as many options as I can get (better tv/radio and other receptions and options) that standard aids dont provide.
