WHEC-TV (Channel 10) reports on the use of texting by students at Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf as a means to assist them in communicating.
 
It is great, but you don't have to be a genius to figure out that texting is a great tool for deaf and HoH people. LOL. But I guess there are plenty of hearing people out there who never even thought of this, so good on the news channel for doing a story about it. And the blond girl is pretty cute. Wish she was one of my students. ;)
