It called NetShare and had been released on App store until Apple removed it or blocked to purchase the app in US store in after hours but still available for UK and some other countries.

Oh damn to att that don't want tethering software for iPhone, however I hope att will work out.

I'm happy with laptop card from Verizon, FTW!!

It's returned to app store again but so worthless.

I'm wait for tethering via USB without need setting on proxy.

Finally!!!! I just got worked via excellent tutorial.
AppleInsider | Ten step guide to sharing your iPhone's connection with NetShare

Safari will set proxy so automatically, you need set proxy on Firefox, iChat or other online apps by manually if offers proxy support.

I just returned verizon card and cancel the contract with no ETF, I just use tethering via iPhone and it worked so good.

Update: I had checked with Abode Media Player and no proxy support found in option.

Update 2: Adobe Media player works fine without need set for proxy but running so better at 3G.

I noticed it but lucky, I got it on last Friday before it removed.
