Teen who killed 9 claimed Nazi leanings
Troubled family history includes father's suicide, mother's absence

BEMIDJI, Minn. - A troubling profile of the teenager who shot dead nine people emerged on Tuesday — one of a Native American who allegedly described himself as a "NativeNazi" and who other students said was regularly picked on for his odd behavior.

The teenager, identified as Jeff Weise, stormed into Red Lake High School on Monday afternoon and allegedly shot to death an unarmed guard, a teacher and five students before killing himself.

Before the Red Lake shootings, Weise, whom authorities described variously as 16 or 17, allegedly shot dead his grandfather and his grandfather's girlfriend at the home he shared with them.

Initial reports had as many as 15 people injured in the shootings at the school, but authorities lowered that number to seven on Tuesday. Five remained in regional hospitals, including two students with critical injuries from gunshot wounds to the head or face.

It was the nation’s worst school shooting since the Columbine massacre in 1999 that killed 13 people.

Oh God,

I believe there got to be a way to help trouble kids to get the help they need before it is too late, I have heard stories about this before, when a kid has so much angry or hurt buried inside so long, it can cause a kid to harm someone else or alot more...

I think alot of parents or people at the school are ignoring those type of signs, when it does happen that when someone will end up getting hurt in the end just cause no one bother helping this trouble child in the first place....I think more and more kids out there need the help, and when they don't get the help they need, then they turn out to be a killer themselves...

The only way to put an end to this before more and more innocent kids end up getting harm or killed is to keep an eye on the signs that any child may show, that will save a life of many others that are out there...

I dont think its Nazi related. I think its P.L.O related. That native american just learned about american history how the US army took away the land from the indians in the 1800s And the samething the israel did to the palestinians. So the palestinians will do anything for volence against isreal. I bet for a fact all his victims are white. I bet that native american rather learn from the palestinians and use volence against us? Maybe hes trying to tell his people something.

No, this is the same boy that was mentioned earlier in the news about a shooting in Minnesota and killed several people at school, including his grandfather.....this article is about his "motive" of killing.

(as that school is closed on some date that relates to hitler's birthday...I think it would be best if all public schools would be closed to that day, also...just to respect the memories and loss of the victims in colorado.)

If TV and Movies would go back to the 1950s standards kids would be nicer to people. Like put shows back like " Leave it to beaver,Ozzie & harriet,, Dennis The Mennice,,The Dick Van Dyke show,,And The Andy Griffith show.Then youll see kids respecting other people again. You realize ppl taught politeness on those shows? You see beaver and wally always say yes sir, and no maam. And they never show graphic volence on TV back then. And Back then in order to air them shows the goverment has to view it and approve it before you can air it. Maybe now congress with put the Televison code back.

Blah, you're doing what those people from Columbine did... blamed television and games. They blamed The Matrix and Doom. They should be blaming the parents for the way they supervised these kids.

Secondly, I'd rather see modern shows since those old shows encouraged couples to sleep in separate beds. :roll:

heck no, that will mean that hitler will be honored and remembered in some aspect.


life goes on and there are other alternatives to remember the vics lost through countless violence. Are you telling us that the vics in the columbine shooting is more worthy to remember than those vics that have died anywhere else- by one, by two, by three that did not make the news nationwide? Also some kids will take the holiday as a reference for some mary janes also as its 4/20 so think about the ramifications that this will bring if this was established.
