The story "Teacher linked to e-mail scam"

http://www.oaklandtribune.com/Stories/0,1413,82~1865~2344874,00.html

Had me sending this letter to Ohlone.

==========================

Ohlone Folks,

I've been a consumer watchdog for the deaf communities for over 9 years and I've seen hundreds of deaf people get ripped off by scam artists like Brian Malzkuhn.

I saw your portrayal of Brian Malzkuhn as a victim of the scams in the news websites! I've put my rebuttals to your statements on deafnewspaper.com and I'm not going to let you guys protect a well known scam artist.

How dare you guys call him a victim! He's one of the top scam artists in the United States! I got his video plus testimony from scores of deaf people who fell for his tricks.

I've seen people lose as much as $200,000 to people like Brian Malzkuhn and others who make their living ripping deaf people off over and over and over!

I damand Brian Malzkuhn's termination from Ohlone immediately! He's a poor example to be keeping at Ohlone!

Typos are made by humans. Professional letters dont work in California any more.

And I just got some highly spirited emails from Ohlone's staff that brings up interesting suggestions worthy of my extended attention.

And thread splitting is another way I've seen deafies use to divert attention away from the facts. I just hope this is not happening here.

I agree with Java -- it's a :repost: it was already mentioned about the scam some days ago...I reckon last week or so.
But it still is saddening to read about well known deafies scamming people out of their monies. :mad:
