Having an advanced degree does not always relate to intellect. I have spent a lot of time around PhDs over the past several years. Some are dumb as a fencepost and others are brilliant. Most are in between the two.

Another thing to keep in mind is a Ph.D means you have very deep knowledge of a narrow field. Ph.D's don't necessarily know lots about everything (though some might know a lot about a wide range of topics), they know lots about the area of study they chose to do their Ph.D in.

Jillio believes I am racist and a bigot because I find the following picture funny:

The picture depicts Nazi Soldiers. The punch line is a play on words to MC Hammer's song, Can't Touch This. There is a part in the song where MC Hammer says "Stop ...... Hammer Time" then he makes a dance move very similar to the soldier who slipped on the ice in the above picture.

It does not matter to me that they are Nazi Soldiers. It would be just as funny, to me, if they had been American Soldiers.

But because the picture depicts Nazi Soldiers, Jillio believes, in her own little fantasy and self righteous condescending view, that anyone who thinks the picture is funny is a racist and bigot :roll:
