Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome

I've just been told I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome after having 5 operations on my left ankle.

Just wondering if anyone has got/had it and how you managed and what was your treatment?

The shooting nerve pain is by far the worst

i have carpel tunnel much same thing but in the hands i would imagine you feeling nerve pain like i do,i been told different things have operation dont have it...for me my wrist was encased in fiber glass splint specially made for my stats.i would thought would be same with foot....what i did find helpful was hot wax they dip that part of body in wax let it set keep doing it for hour or so.....old fashioned but helps and physiothrapist has to do it

My daughter had carpal tunnel and had to have therapy for it. I think they kept running electric current through the wrist, among other things.

it horrible thing bot..i am fluent signer but it difficult now...sometimes feel like cutting arm off,i feel sorry for your girl.pregnancy make it worse but that dont apply to me
