This is a video made by a Southern California man with cerebral palsy who had been stalked by a woman from Afghanistan. This man was my neighbor. This happened on June 1 1995.
The shaky video is because of his cerebral palsy condition.
Eventually this lady returned back to Afghanistan where she was caught stalking a disabled male and was brought to justice and executed by stoning sometime in the Spring of 2000.

[yt]U5BOBOic-vE[/yt] 30 seconds into this video I realized my neighbor needed help and helped him stabilize the camera and ran to my garage and getting a ladder for him to sit the camera on. What the two were doing at this time remains a mystery.
[yt]UuRMNBXAcvs[/yt] You might see my reflection off the TV set as I was playing the tape and recording it into the vid. It was quite a bit of time they were in the house. What they were doing remains a mystery and you can make your guesses in the comments below.

Kudos to my neighbor for his bravery in handling this stalker.
