T-Mobile offer OS upgrade for Dash and MDA users to WM6.
The Windows Mobile 6 is so much more smoother and stable than the previous WM5 and also new applications is added to it like MS Office and Windows Lives which allow you to sync and pushmail with hotmail or aol mail or yahoo mail etc.
