T-Mobile now has Direct TTY customer care !!!

CENTRAL I agree u take alot more then 50 calls a day I kno I do , as far as call lengths go they're gen pretty long calls aren't they ?? most of the time , as a call center rep who takes relay calls they generally last about 30 mins or longer due to the whole relay thing itself , takes a few mins for things to get out especially because as a rep we need to ask clairifying questions and stuff which sometimes goes back and forth a few times till it gets understood .. I'm happy Tmo has tty because it's making things alot easier for MOST people who use tty and as it gets more know they we now have a tty department at tmobile hopefully it will make relay ops jobs a lil easier as they will no longer have to call tmo :) well at least I hope so :dizzy: :eek2:
 
I thought T-Mobile/V-Stream (?) had a toll-free TTY/TDD line for several years now. What happened?
