HOUSTON (May 23) - A man who told undercover agents he has "no loyalty for America'' has been charged with trying to build a bomb and sell it to an affiliate of al-Qaida, officials said Monday.

Ronald A. Grecula, 68, of Bangor, Pa., was arrested Friday in Houston during a meeting with undercover FBI agents, U.S. Attorney Michael Shelby said. At the meeting, Grecula indicated willingness to build and sell an explosive device that would be used against Americans, officials alleged in court documents.

Grecula was angry at the government over losing custody of his children, with whom he fled to Malta. He met a confidential source in prison there while awaiting extradition to the United States for the alleged kidnapping of the children, then 10 and 3, in a custody dispute in 2002.

At one point during the meeting videotaped by authorities, Grecula compared himself to the Roman slave Spartacus, the complaint said.

"He was tortured in prison, he was beat up, took his family, killed his friends, etc.,'' Grecula allegedly said. "So, you could say in a way I am like a Spartacus. ... So, that's it, I have no loyalty to America.''

There are people out there who are no longer loyalty to America because they are mad at the govenment. Remember Timothy McVeigh? He was angry at the situation happened in Waco, Where the FBI made some huge mistakes. But, killing the innocents doesn't get them anywhere, Why kill them when they had nothing to do with the Government? If Americans have some issues with the Goverment then go to the Government, deal with them not the American people.

Just my 2 cents. :)

Well, guess what ?

The Gov't don't care.

Very sad that government don´t care about their own people which they are not suppose to do that. :ugh:

If I am mad at something I don't go around killing people by placing a bomb somewhere, that not how you deal with things in life, when something like this happen, you do it the right way, if the government don't care, then fight them in court whatever it takes....otherwise you lose more when you end up killing innocent people when they have nothing to do with what happened in your life in the first place...It seem some people taking the law in their own hands and they don't think twice before doing it....
