Some people contain 2 sets of DNA, it's called Mosaicism and Chimerism

No worry. If people have mobile with e911 ready then they have tower triangulation logs and officers will know where and when that you was. Like Latitude/Longitude and date.

I'm not sure that proof of where your phone was is the same as proof of where you where. People understand that everyone knows about GPS in their cell phones and if they where planning to commit a crime might arrange for their phone to be elsewhere.

Don't matter. DNA is not everything. There is always other proof like you was with your friends or family or party or class or whatever. Ask them where you was.

Not always or we wouldn't have innocent people that where found guilty.

IF I take a picture of myself or someone take a picture of me then no way to fake as same day.

Most people don't take pictures of themselves every couple of hours to keep for the police. I've gone months without my picture taken.

Most LEO see DNA as fact, regardless on location and they can be planted so spot a wrong person - innocent person because they know DNA is fact so they won't trust you about where are you from.

In the identical twin cases the police drop the charges. It cost too much taxpayer $$ to run detailed DNA test for simple crime like burglar, theft, rape, etc. Want to spend millions for find the burglar of stolen iPhone case?

Interesting. I guess Marseille can't afford. Twin are kind lucky but their fingerprints are not same at all.

I don't think they should do simple DNA for simple crime like burglar and theft. Find their fingerprints are good enough.

Rape and not sure which twin? That's tough. Murder? Should be.
