I notice myself very really stress hard emotion, depression, I don't want to lose my feeling down emotion and anxiety. I am fear easy worried, I am weak important to focus control my mind need to think important to mood positive. I understand hard to emotion and not easy my feeling. really hard to difficult to complication to reason cannot help me. I am willing and tired.

I get stress from time to time. I find something that I like and relax myself, for instance I go on computer and play pogo game to release my day to day stress or go for a walk to wind down and see the beauty around me. We all have to find within to get a peace so we can enjoy the life and appreciate things around us. We all need to be strong and be a brave to live in this world.

My doctor did suggest Yoga as a way to help cope with anxiety.
 
that is good idea. I am management to stress emotion I know very hard time too much emotion and tired I felt well not enough focus time, I try best do time, I should be important to emotion. I think so help with counsellor support to me. I hope be lots of work struggle fight my emotion. I should be focus think relax become positive It is important to help focus time. I think so like good idea. I am best do it change future It is important to hard to time. I hope be happy and joy.... :)
