I did go look, this is what it said..

I did not see how it was so different than any other relay service?
 
my HA guy want me to get this , but I do not like the idea of an operator listening to my phone calls! And I do not think my friends and family would like it ! If we did not need an operators I would think of trying it when it come out my way!
 
The thing is, no matter what relay service you use, there will always be an operator in between you and whoever you are talking to. Whether it's the above-mentioned service or not.
