Should make the wealthy pay state income taxes. Like anyone who makes over $250,000 a year should pay state income taxes.Like florida should charge 20% on state income taxes for people who make $250,000 and more.

Oh yeah? And I'm soooooo sure that if you, Raven, were earning $300,000 a year, you would probably be telling us here how unfair the government is in forcing you to pay 20 percent of your salary to the government. (BTW, that means you lose $60,000 to the government per year!)
 
You Pay 20% = $60,000 that still leaves you $ 240,000 What are complaning about? SHARE THE WEALTH!!!!
 
ravensteve, that's what we're trying to get through to you....we think that rich people should be taxed....certainly they should have some money left to enjoy.....but why the hell the greed? Why do rich people need a bigger pool on their aircraft?

Cause you people need a grip on reality.Democrats rather get the middle class pay more taxes and they dont wanna pay their fair share thats why democrats lie to the middle class and think youll vote for them on their lies so theyre ending up taxing you and not themselves.
 
heh, it is the Republicans who rather to pay less taxes. Bush's tax cuts benefited the rich people the most because they saved so much money.

I would like to see proof of your implications at websites. You need to start researching for information and to form opinions based on factual evidence than subscribing to usual blabbings of others that can be rated as heresay.

:confused: First off, I am a Democrat (which I am very proud of), I am a middle class person, but, I think you sell us short on the way of our intellect on us "people who need a grip" that we vote for these candidates on their lies.

With caption television, newspapers and our own good judgement, I think we have enough to base our decision accurately and can tell who the honest ones are from the liars.

Even if these so called "rich" become richer, what goes around comes around. They'll get caught eventually, it has happened so many times.

You want proof? ok heres one,,Bill Clinton said in his 92 campaign speech quote"" I will tax people who are making $200,000 and more"" And when he got in office He raised 5 cents a gallon more on gas tax. 10% on BTU tax whichy makes you pay more on your electric bill. 10% more on alcohol and cigarette tax. These taxes dont hurt the wealthy not one damn bit.It hurt people like you and me! the little guy!

No, That's not fair with illegal immigrants to avoid for paying taxes but rich people can have normal tax like everybody do.

If they earned their money honestly, why not buy what they want? Would you want other people criticizing how you spend your money?

Who cares??? Income tax in CA is 6% for all type of salaries like white or blue collar job.
