I am sure they had some kind of fine print that said "This can be changed at any time, without notice" or some other crap like that.
It is nice to see someone pointing this stuff out, all too many consumers let a company walk all over them, like sheep, and they look at you funny if you complain.
Consumers need to stand up for their rights, -now-, we are already a farm of cash cows in this country, and people -still- don't see it. It is kind of like the frog in boiling water story...
I think a boycott is in order. They should have been able to deliver on their claim of 'unlimited'. They did not. This leads me to believe one of two things:
1. They are incompetent. Who wants a service that is incompetent?
2. They outright lied. Who wants a service that will lie?
