Hey guys, just want to make sure if Sprint Navigation is part of Sprint Relay Data Plan, do I have to pay monthly for that?

Thanks.

No.

You have to pay monthly for that but it's rip off.

You can find "maps" on your blackberry for GPS and it's 100% free.

If you feel too limited then you can download Garmin mobile for 7 days trial.

I think Sprint Navigation is $10 per month. If you plan to keep BB for two years then it's $240. So Garmin Mobile is cheaper and powerful; it can use GPS and NAV.

Yup, I never use it. I use Google Map or Map (included in BB). Sprint Navigation cost $$. I simply "hide" it. BB Map is basically the same as Google map. It's kinda basic while Google Map have lot more features. The only bad part is that they're slow loading. Sometime on my trip, it was blank (map moved away and became blank) with red arrow pointing on direction where I'm driving cuz no signal around. I had to use road map instead.

That's right. I don't like google map anymore. You should try Garmin mobile for 7 days trial. It's powerful and load pretty QUICK!

I agree.....

Nice to have free from Google Map but always give you not correct spot where you are.

I noticed that Google Map gave me crazy. We were on NJ Turnpike at near NYC. Google Map showed that we are on Train's track on water.

Sometime, Google Map is stubborn at wrong place.

I had tried Google map on my bb curve, but disliked it so much. I use Sprint Navigation just yesterday on a temporary basis until I get a new cradle for my GARMIN gps. Sprint Navigation seems faster than google map. My friend broke my old cradle...grr. Hopefully, postmaster cooperates with me to drop the parcel off at my apartment door at my request today. If not, I force myself to go to postal office to get my parcel. Yuck!

hey! walk to post office! it's a good bonding experience and exercise for you and your doggy!

Palm Pre under Sprint Relay include unlimited on Sprint Navigation. I pay only $30/month on unlimited data/SMS/Navigation.

After finding out that postman did not honor my request, I fed up and called post office to see if the parcels are still there. Good enough, I had to drive to post office to get my parcels. I finally got my new cradle for my GPS at last.

I noticed that sprint navigation does drain my bb battery so quickly.. forget it.
