I am doing a research paper on how technology has changed the Deaf community. If anyone could help that would be great.

The TTY device and the mobile communicators has improved deaf literacy by a great deal and literacy itself improves one's abilities to fill out job applications, apartment applications, and the newest Video Relay Service option stands to reduce if not cancel out literacy in the deaf communities.

If people wants to throw bricks at me for stating this, I dont care but that's exactly what is happening nowadays. That's also very agreeable to the county social workers that subcontract us.
