An American man was having an affair with an Italian girl. One day they found out that the girl was pregnant. The man said we can't let my wife know so since i am weathly i will send you back to Italy and when you have the baby you can send me a post card. The Italian girl looked at him and said but your wife will find out when she see's the post card. The man looks back at her and says just write spaghetti that way i know you had the baby. Well a couple mouths after that the wife of the man says i got a very intresting post card yesterday the man says oh and what did it say. She said it said " Spaghetti Spaghetti Spaghetti two with meatballs one without.
