Are they efficient for hearing loss people?! Any idea, anyone?

If you need nothing more then just amplification across the board in all hearing ranges then go for it. But most people have more complex problems. What you are looking at will amplify everything, whether you need it or not. Sound quality may suffer also. You get what you pay for

If you have a slight slight hearing loss yes but if your audiogram is a bit diff in both ears or freequences are different it could do more harm then good for your ears.
