Sorenson VRS's hands getting very DIRTY!

Deafnewspaper.com owner decided to purge my section of his site today because I have a link on it that educates people about the HOVRS verses Sorenson lawsuit.

Everyone has a right to know the truth and I'm the one that delivered it to tens of thousands of people.

Seems the owner was pressured by Sorenson to remove me today or he will lose his job with Sorenson. So this one of the wonderful ways Sorenson gets their hands dirty.

And it will have a lot more stuff on Sorenson's dirty deeds in addition to gonzo style deaf advocacy news!

Hey! I would be very surprised if anyone of you are so gulliable into believe that this legal papers are real one! I was able to find at least 4 different places showing its FAKE! What it really revealed to me is that somebody who once work for Sorenson, and whatever went wrong. That person have resentment and decided to do revenge on Sorenson!
My suggestion to y'all READ IT CAREFULLY. you should be able to find these signs of forgery.

Sure would be nice to let ya know what I found out. But because neither side I am on, I am not in favor of Sorenson, nor HOVRS. In fact, I prefer Hamilton VRS!!! Even though I like Hamilton VRS, I still use Sorenson, or any VRS, depending on their availablity. I am not pointing at anyone. What I am saying is that I already saw the posting where they show legal document in lawsuit pending against Sorenson by HOVRS. This is really full of it! I need not to tell ya where these four spots I spotted because I do NOT want to get caught in middle! I am here to point out that if your smart enough, you should be able to tell that its all baloney!

Sorry, diehardbiker65. I obtained the Sorenson vs. HOVRS filing directly from the courthouse in Utah, therefore its not a fake. Post your findings here.

Nesmuth, you may post the filing in your web site, but you haven't rocked the boat, since Sorenson is like a ship and you re sitting in a leaky dinghy. You claimed that Sorenson faxed you, telling you to remove the filing from deafnewspaper.com. I haven't seen it yet - post it. Perhaps deafnewspaper.com is tired of your bashings. I got my copy directly from the courtthouse. It was faxed to me if you pay attention to the headers, the source phone number, you'll know it came from public records at Utah Courthouse.

The court papers once again are here to stay and here for everyone to read and understand!

Why would plantliff (HOVRS) going all the trouble going to Utah to sue Sorenson, instead of sueing from their hometown? Well, finally, DHB! We can debate your "obvious" points.

1) Filing in Utah. Are you a lawyer? Have you studied law? Do you get all your law info from Law & Order on TV?

The law allows you to be able to file in whichever jurisdiction applies. I'm sure HOVRS could have filed in CA, but they chose not to. Their reasons for filing in UT are at the very beginning of the document, and those are reasonable justifications for the UT courts to have jurisdiction.

2) NDA Letterhead. It doesn't matter who the letterhead belongs to -- what matters is that both agreed to it and HOVRS believes that Sorenson violated the agreement.

15 months for a lawsuit is NOT a long time. These can take 4 years or more to settle. It is my understanding that Sorenson has a VERY GOOD legal team and can postpone this lawsuit practically forever.

The main reason why the HOVRS lawsuit was not motivated to Sorenson as it iis a worthless moot because ALL of the HOVRS' business plans were derived from other public domain sources. HOVRS just put all of those puzzle pieces together and presented to Sorenson. After signed on the NDA and received the presentation from HOVRS, Sorenson realized that those presentations were already in the public domain information so why bother continuing with it. Sorenson already had a much different business plan of marketing strategy than HOVRS and costed Sorenson $50 million in reserach and development. One example was that Sorenson gives out VP units for free. Nowhere in the HOVRS' business plan calls out for free VP units! That is just an example why HOVRS' case has been stalled for more than 15 months. Also, why did HOVRS had to be a copy-cat from Sorenson for giving out free D-LINK after 6 months later when Sorenson first gave out their first free units?? By the way, HOVRS Vice President Andy Lange walked off from HOVRS' due to business disagreement with CEO. Now, Andy works for CSD and is actively involved with the FCC rulings on VRS. This could be a reason why he went for the Brown Bag reward, just to satisfied with his grudges against HOVRS.

The bottom line is that Richard is just wasted his precious time on this crappy HOVRS issue than doing his new classroom building project. What's more he posted a webpage asking for donation. He could have used his valuable time writing grants instead of this HOVRS issue. :buk:

You're incoherent. One moment you're talking about how the lawsuit is worthless, yet the CEO is happy as clams, then the next you're talking about how Andy Lange probably holds a grudge against him?!

Andy's doing nothing with FCC orders and VRS -- he's simply another marketing guy at CSD. He also left AFTER the FCC order came out, so it's more likely he jumped ship after hearing the order.

Classroom is done it's bringing in the money already, I have grantwriters, and its normal for any non-profit website to have donation requests. We're not a small agency on a shoestring budget any more. Our 990 form for last year will show that!
