Its official technology hates me! So like most 25 year old females I spend a lot of time on the phone... well in order to talk to someone I now use VRS... and in order to use VRS you need the remote to work... Mine doesn't I replaced batteries sat on hold with sorenson tech thru siprelay, for 30 min now I sit here twiddling my thumbs watching the light go round and round over and over...
