Or be a backseat passenger! Also, some things are cheaper to make one model for several uses. Possible in this case for both walk-up and drive-up.

I'm not 100% sure but I think under ADA all keypads have to have Braille just like restroon id signs. I've never used the walk-up but feel they would have the Braille but will nevertheless check the next time I see one.
 
Why not install something like this in sonic?
