Tell me what that word stands for moderation,moderating,moderate,moderator,and moderated? My thought of what moderation means to me it is like person who handles the problems with those who needs to resolving problem their issues and some other many different means what it stands for moderation,moderate,moderating,moderated,and moderator too. Explain to those who did not understands what you were talking about those issue so explain what it stands for and make ADers understands better clear up what issue is talking about those that. I do understands and can spelling that word very good but still don't understands what vocabulary really means to me? I been an IRC admin and IRC operator for 6 years in the Undernet.org system and I feel that will be all the moderating experience im going to need in my lifetime.

Life is a lot better when you dont have an army of pissy kids doing all kinds of things to screw your life over.

And the same thing in AD, I feel the mods are a special breed of people and they deserve the respect not flak for being one.
