Solar chargers for phones

Has anyone here tried a solar charger for your cell phone or other small electronics? If so, how was it? What brand did you buy and how much did it cost?

I have one for hearing aid batteries. I think it cost about $20 and works great.

It takes lot longer to charge your phone or small electronics with a solar panel, unless you use an inverter to speed things up. It's faster to charge with a wall outlet.

Altho here's a cool gadget...a solar battery charger and you can charge your phone with the external battery pack.
