Socialist countries are also federalists...

Yes, it's about sharing of power however it goes down the line on who get the money and how it's distributed and whether capitalism is embraced or not.

I'm thinking currently we have a guy between Engles and Lenin since he is certainly to the left of Roosevelt.

Capitalism is an economic term - it discusses economy of that system, federalism is a political term discussing the structure of that political system. They're not interchangeable at all.

You can have a capitalist or socialist federalism.

Hitler's in spinning in his grave.

I don't think he wants to be associated with socialism at all.

I didn't say federalism is capitalism. Where did I say that? I said federalism is about sharing powers. The monetary part is influenced on exactly how political powers are established and shared (or not). The more centralized a govt becomes the more likelihood capitalism will diminish. Both work well with each other.

Rather it reduces liberty, freedom, choices and capitalism with increasing governmental controls.

Bold font - Yeah, I remember I read a few journals at DeviantART about some people were so upset about their governments took some of their values, things, and some others... That's sad. :(

Mod note:

Posts are removed, okay guys let's agree or disagree in respectful manner rather than nitpicking each other.

Thanks.

No, dude. The link I provided explains what federalism is about, not about socialism. Do you know what federalism is and what it means for the United States? Heck, Canada, Australia, and Brazil are examples of federal systems but are certainly not the same as the U.S. in how they operate.

I know about what you are talking and not all countries has similar federal system as US does.

I just gave a basic define about federal, it is central government that control the country.

Edit, I checked your post about federalism, it means divide into federal government and state government, that is different from federal.

but do you understand it? because you said you believe in Federalism... which made me :laugh2: and

Okay. Let me ask two simple questions.

How much do you really want to get ruin of capitalism and to put socialism on for USA?

If yes, why did socialist governments (who are from other countries) order some workers to take objects, things, and sometimes money away from people for some reasons (or maybe no reasons)?

It's about sharing of powers between states and the federal govt in the most simplest of explanations here.

because it's how the government controls the people. they take away tools from people to prevent them from revolting against government.

RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!

Yup but federal law is superior to state law, if federal law passes so all states have enforce or face consequence like take funds away or something.
