I know I am totally OT here but I just needed to get it out of the open. It's 11pm after all and bf is not home.

I have been in therapy lately for my usual back problems. Physiotherapy, etc. you name it... hence I have been off from fitness classes since December 1st... For me that's like the end of the world and I haven't done sports ever since then...

Today was my last day of physiotherapy which means I can go back to fitness class YAY! :D I'm just so thrilled to see my friends again!!! I'll start again on April 1st which will give me yet another week of break...

Then I can also finally start taking those Jumpstyle classes I wanted to take. Yep, I'm probably a dork but I love anything Dance, Techno and Jump...so... yeah...

:cool2: Sorry to have bothered you with my silly post... I just needed to get it out!

I'll just keep this thread open to anybody that feels happy or has some happy announcement to make!

If you don't mind me asking why were you on Physical therapy or physiotherapy for?

Were you injured?

Anyways Congrats! :)

I have hip flexion contracture, meaning the spine is curved giving me regulary hip and back problems... sometimes those aches may also reach down my knees if I don't seek for physiotherapy right away. I usually know the signs and know when to get off from sports but this has been the longest EVER! :(

No I wasn't injured... I was born with the disformation when I was a baby along with hooked feet. But it all sounds worth than it is... I just have to watch out for it! :D I'm just glad I got to do fitness again!

Thanks!
