Large flakes falling, silently down
Quickly covering all things around
The sky, made invisible, with snow abound
Planes appear briefly, as they search for the ground

The wind directs its' invisible brush
One side of the tree trunk, thick white
Branches, full of fresh fallen snow
Start to shed, as the branches bow

Natures' inhabitants, look for places to hide
Children jubilantly run, play and hide
My childhood memories, give me a call
As I look in awe, when heavy snow falls

Not only very nice imagery but good discipline where the last words in the 1st and third stanzas rhyme. I give you a 9, ten being highest!
