smoking....

DarkAngel-

My huge advice for you is to QUIT smoking!!!!!!!! Oh how much I reallllly hate smoking!!!!!

I watched my Dad at 59 yrs old being TOO SICK!!!!! Smoking caused him brain cancer - he had lived with the cancer for 10 months. It was very fast!! And I watched my Mom at 69 yrs old being TOO SICK!!!! Smoking caused her lung cancer - she had lived with the cancer for 10 months. It was SOOOOOOOO HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Now, there are more and more people who have the cancer - most of them got cancer from smoking - smoking causes many different kind of cancers. And even to nonsmokers who got cancer too.

Oh yes I really am so against smoking. It has to do nothing with humans but it has to do with smoking itself that causes people really sick. My parents smoked for many, many years (long term effect). My parents REGRETTED!! They told other people who are smokers to QUIT to save their lives!!! My 5 siblings and I never smoked. My parents' house was very large - really big house - four floors and plus basement. So, hopefully my siblings and I will never get cancer from secondhand smoking.

I don't want to upset you but this is my best advice for you to QUIT. And also my advice for other readers on this message board.

It was too painful to watch my parents being TOOOOO SICK. Cigarettes have 4,000 chemicals. Yes, it is true! I mean one stick has 4,000 chemicals. That's what the doctors said.

I am SO GLAD that the malls, movie theatres, restaurants, etc banned smoking!!!!!!! And even to the hotel, I always requested for nonsmoking room.

Quit smoking now for your health's sake. My parents were like "oh no no oh no oh oh no, I reallly don't like this feeling of being too sick and they were sooooooo mad for ignoring the warnings in 1971 - they blamed on themselves and they really wanted to stay on the earth much longer. It was not very funny!!!!!

I would suggest you to bring some gum packages with you for backup. I think they make you addiction to chew it instead of smoking which is a lot better that. Hmmm. How about if you ask your nurse to strain your arms and legs for a couple of days? (I advise you to invite your priest to spark with water on you to make the evils to go away.)

can try 'COMMIT' lozenge.. It's hard to say what you can use or can't use - depending on what kind of surgery you are having. You probably need to talk to your doctor.. I'm sure he'll give you some advices. Good luck with your 'no smoking' and your sugery.
I have been 'smoke- free' since last July.. Been a smoker for 35 years and this is my 4th attempt to quit smoking.. I am still using patch (now down to 7g nicotine) I plan to use patch longer than the suggested instruction (10 weeks) so I will not fail again like the first 3 time.. quit smoking is 'funny-zero true-business" :squint:

p.s. just ignore Miss P.. she knows zilch about smoking / addiction.
