apparently they want to make ciggerets prescription only and if caught smoking a one year prison sentense..this is Oragan....clever thinking ask dr prescibe something to kill you and it not as if got enough prison space for bad criminals not a well thought out possible law
 
Here's a link for an article Washington Times. Wonder how this fits in with healthcare and co-pays? And who is going to fill them? Not to mention doctors/pharmacies that could make it policy not to prescribe/dispense them as they've done with other drugs.
 
Don't we have enuf mentally-ill people running around with guns and killing people....without having nicotine addicts possibly doing the same thing?....

Cigarettes are legal, so is alcohol and beer...and so are guns and rifles (as long as you have a permit)....

This proposal will be hitting the trash can on first toss....
 
Owning rifles does not require permit, FYI. The only type of gun that requires permit is handgun. Buying, background check is not always required. There is exemption to background check.

I don't care about cigs, because I hate em with passion.

that me severing life...i think it the man who thinking daft law who got serious issues
